Mimice - typical small Mediterranean village of Dalmatia, is located 12 km from Omiš, 35 km southeast of Split and 25 km northwest of Makarska. Mimice began to build in the 17th century, as evidenced by numerous monuments and traditional architecture, which are located in the old part of the village, next to the Catholic Church.The village of Mimice is located on both sides of the road that divides the village into the southern and northern parts, in which it is located Art Gallery.
