Holiday house “Arwen”, built for relaxed time in a quiet surroundings of olive trees, sea and sun. Fully furnished and equipped, with a pool and big roofed terrace with a sea view. Offers a charm of Adriatic with comfort of a home.
House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (small one with shower, main one with bathtub), living area & kitchen and big roofed terrace (37m2) with a view on the sea and olive garden.
It’s fully furnished and air-conditioned. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, toast grill, dishwasher, small espresso machine, big fridge with freezer, wine fridge and last, but not least – popcorn maker. There is laundry washer in bathroom, as well as nursery changing table. High baby chair can be provided on request.
To make sure our guests don’t miss any matches of the most important event in Europe this summer, 42inch screen and SAT TV are available in living room. For our very welcome young guests, there is a substantial Lego Duplo collection.
There is a pool in backyard and a grill for hedonistic pleasures in warm summer evenings, especially when balanced together with the content of wine cooler.
House is located in a bit quiet spot, away from main street (approx. 30m of unpaved road), with only one neighbor.
Distance to the see is 300m. In village itself, there are several small beaches - shallow sand beach perfect for youngsters and a flat bedrock beach for instant rocking on the waves. There are also two very nice bays, accessible only by hiking trail (15min walk through olives).
In the village there are few restaurants and a small grocery store.
For our explorers, in close proximity there are :
• famous Lun Olive gardens (4km) - some trees there are allegedly passed 1000 yrs
• Novalja Zrće beach (cca 15km) - 24h clubs & parties, if you can survive it
• Novalja, (14km) - for shopping, sun burn treatment if needed or semi-submarine underwater world exploration
• Pag city (cca 40km) – hometown of 15th Meridian, summer ethno events, famous goat cheese, cookies and lace
• Zadar (cca 90km)
• three national parks, Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Krka, within 2hrs drive
We will welcome you at our house and then leave you alone during your stay. Our goal is to provide you with a completely private and relaxing holiday.
